ChopWood LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Hard Reset mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete your associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legitimate purposes such as:

How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and associated data:

We are currently developing an in-app account deletion feature. Once available, you will be able to delete your account directly from within the App settings.

Hard Reset is not intended for children under the age of 13.

The App contains fantasy violence, cyberpunk themes, and game mechanics that may not be suitable for young children. We recommend parental discretion for users under 17 years of age.

8. Advertising and Tracking

Hard Reset does not contain advertisements and does not use tracking technologies for marketing purposes.

We do not:

• Display ads within the App
• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Use your data for targeted advertising
• Track your activity across other apps or websites

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer data, including personal information, to the United States (via Google Cloud infrastructure) and process it there. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
